There is so much wrong here but let me start with the strangeness of having exposed trays of silverware on each table - in the center. If you want a fork or knife you take it from the table placed tray which has about 50 knives and forks. This is not only weird and unprecedented but it is a health issue.
The whole (now) tired concept of food halls takes on a strange version at Casa Tua Cucina. It is adjacent and almost connected to a department store. As such it feels like nothing more than a glorified mall food court and unfortunately the food is not much better.
The threadbare and unattractive cafeteria setting is confusing. A customer has to go to each station (pasta, wine etc) stand on line to place orders and then try to procure a hard to find table. Seriously who wants to do this? Does this sound like a relaxing lunch? Far from it.
The food is doled out in factory like precision and tastes it. Nothing was good and everything bordered on edible only if you're hungry enough. We had a linguine with white clam sauce which was not very good as well as a pedestrian cacio e pepe. Nothihg worth waiting in line for. Same goes for the other dishes we tried.

When we did get to our uncomfortable table a waiter (?) did ask us if we wanted to place a drink order but we already ordered drinks, so I'm not sure - was he a regular waiter which I doubt because we had to queue for food so I guess he was an expeditor or helper. I think.
The tables are designed for rushed eating for quick turnover and I suppose that is another reason this cafeteria is so unattractive. If you are looking for ambiance, relaxed dining or good food, move on because its not here.

The food is awesome for Miami. However, the staff thinks they’re working at a 3 fork restaurant in Paris.
Nasty and entitled is the overall air.
Seriously!! You can’t put pasta A with sauce B. ATTITUDE.
The chef actually came out to date he was “busy”. Not too busy to cone to the table to say “no go” on our order.
This will work until the place goes Belly up with “attitude”.
This is common in Miami.
For now, enjoy the food. Be easy for “attitude”. It is Miami people. Don’t want to be rude. But it’s not North end Boston or Belmont Italian food. It is Miami at its best. Whatever that means.

What a great vibe this restaurant has from the minute one enters. It is full of energy, attractive people, and lots of promise. And exceeded its promise it did from the starters to dessert.

The starters included pizza, mortadella, prosciutto, buratta accompanied by various fresh juice cocktails all of which had spicy kicks because of the addition of tumaric or ginger. The pasta courses were so delicious and rich that you need to order a side of Crestor! The main course of chicken, roasted potatoes, and asparagus couldn’t have been more perfectly prepared . The desserts were so delectable and rich that another side of Crestor was in order. There are so many preparation stations for the different food groups . I would describe it as the culinary stations of the cross!

excellent restaurant, wide menu and great food quality. Liked the fact you can actually see the whole cooking process and interact with the chef as well. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend this place

We went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch, the place was completely packed, we struggle for a while to find a table and then to get enough chairs. The food was very good. It does not matter what you feel like eating, they will probably have it. Desserts are just perfect!
You order at each station and then they will bring it to your table, even with how much people was there the service is pretty good.
