It is true the prices for drinks and bottles is unacceptably high. When although taking into consideration the quality of the entertainment at no additional cost than the price is appropriate. Recommendation is to although look carefully at what you order as some of the drinks have no price on the menu and could be 3x the cost compared to regular bar. The show is a modern cabaret with a great MC, singers, and dancers. We also had the sushi and meat platter for a large group and everyone was happy with the quality and taste.

CHECK YOUR BILL TWICE! We were charged double for the entire table! And it happened to another table close to us as well! Also, we had 10:15pm dinner reservations but we were seated over an hour late which meant dinner at midnight (no apologies from anybody other than to say the previous show started late). We think they just want to force you to stay an extra hour drinking the $20 drinks at the bar. Food is mediocre and service is TERRIBLE. The show was ok but definitely not worth putting up with everything else.

Can’t speak to the restaurant but my husband and I made a reservation for a table at the 11 pm show in Friday. We were advised to arrive by 10:30 pm which we did. We caught the tail end of the live band for the early show and thought they sounded great. However, we quickly realized there is no dance floor. A couple of people were dancing in place in the 2-3 inches between all the tables crammed into the small space. It was also VERY hot inside and noted many of the patrons fanning themselves with menus. A DJ blasted music while we waited to be seated. An hour later (11:30 pm) after our requests to be seated were continuously answered with a pat “you’ll have to wait” standing there sweating from the limited airflow and super hot show lights I asked to see the manager, expressed our dissatisfaction with being advised to come at 10:30 pm when it was clear the show would not start before midnight as we hadn’t even been seated yet. I requested we not be charged as we were leaving and the one positive is that Tomas agreed. Being a local, I was surprised by the “tourist attraction” quality of this club.

We went to El Tucán for the show. It is a dinner club place. We enjoyed the Miami Spice menu which was excellent and affordable. The show was outstanding and the music afterwards rocked. I highly recommend this place for a unique night out experience. Just beware of the drink prices. I never figured out what the best priced drink would be. I was drinking gin and tonic at $21 a glass.

If you wanna see a show dont waste your time and money in this place... 85 dollars per person... make sure you eat before getting there.. the portions are for 3 years old kid.. alcoholic beverages are super expensive and no alcohol ... i mean if you really want to get robbed come to this place... the show last around 30 mins full of amateurs.... Mangos has better dancers foe real... service sucks... worst night ever....
