Yet again, a good experience! I had the crab and corn cakes and while they were very good, they were kind of shy of crab! Husband had the organic chicken and it was good too. Great Margarita and helpful friendly service. Go!!

It is not a super elegant or fancy restaurant but it you seat outside it’s very nice, the best part of it of course is the food, I tried the “Ceviche Peruano” and “Tiradito Lima”
Both of them were really good.
The mango martini was amazing but the cucumber martini was extremely dry.
The service was a bit slow but the waiter always had a great attitude.

9 friends, shared their ceviche spoons and guacamole for starters, before a wide selection of individually chosen main courses, all of us were well feed and happy,
If they wanted to improve the place they could allow the bar bill to mix with the table bill instead of having to pay twice though

We were staying in the area and this restaurant was recommended by TripAdvisor

The restaurant is surrounded by construction so the patio is not a pleasant option ...

we decided to dine in and the restaurant had maybe 3-4 tables with customers so it wasn’t a busy day
Today they started their new menu so the hostess was kind enough to explain the new menu to us

We took a sangria to start (it was a Margarita not a Sangria , I’ve never seen a sour green Sangria with sugar coating around the rim )

For food we ordered
Kale Caesar salad! (It never came)
Seafood dish on top of quinoa ($24)
Organic chicken dish on top of quinoa ($24)

It was very frustrating because the restaurant was empty and they still couldn’t bring out the simplest order properly ... like we ordered a salad and 2 main dishes! How HARD IS THAT?

This is why I wrote in the subject line “Not a memorable restaurant or experience “ ...

$68 for 2 small portion dishes and 2 drinks ...

Based on reviews on TA I decided to give Jaguar a try this evening, and it did not disappoint. Sat at a lovely table outside with great people-watching(a little girl was singing softly to her mother during dinner which was precious). The hostess was very nice and the waitstaff was attentive as well. The sangria was good and the appetizers were some delightful fried chips with some sauce.

My main course was the Arroz Con Mariscos which was amazing. I did not leave any fish or rice on the plate! The sauce was savory and the spices were a delectable creamy flavor.

I would absolutely dine here again and would sit at the bar next time as inside looked very inviting as well.
