Booked to stay in October 2018 on the 26th to be precise.
I received an email stating that my cancellation had to be cancelled 2 weeks ago due to works being carried out on the roof.
I am yet to receive my refund of the cancellation and even though I have emailed them on numerous occasions, I am yet to receive any correspondence which makes me wonder if the cancellation was genuine.
I booked using Booking.Com and they gave the reason of invalid card details even though they took the payment from the card on January 2nd 2018.
Absolutely terrible service and I am deeply disappointed!!
