Stayed 2 week nights in August in the Studio King Room. Though it's the smallest room they have, it was larger than any standard hotel room. There was a full sized fridge, microwave, sink, and cook top in the kitchen. All were upgraded appliances and the fridge was very quiet-didn't wake me up at night. There is a large desk area with data ports, phone, lamp, etc. I am quite impressed with the variety of lighting in the room- Many types and brightnesses with switches that are easy to locate and use. Pros: Very clean, nicely furnished with ample seating for 3-4 guests, great room design/floorplan, I appreciated all of the USB charging spots in various locations around the room, variety of pillows for sleeping, bed was pretty comfortable. I'd say the pics on their website to not convey how nice the room furnishings are. I was pleasantly surprised and will stay here from now on when in Melbourne. The location is very convenient to the beach, downtown, and Florida Tech.
Complimentary/Free amenities: Basic Wi-fi which ran well, hot breakfast with eggs/meat/cereal/breads/waffle station. The coffee at breakfast was actually very good. Because I stayed in the middle of the week, I was able to attend the nightly mix one of the nights I was there. The food was decent and there was a variety of beer and wine- it was a nice touch and appeared well attended by guests.

There were a few things I didn't care for with my particular room-319: At times, the AC had a loud vibration as it ran but then it wouldn't occur again for several hours. The room was very clean, but almost too clean. There was a very strong odor of a cleaning solution that lingered in the air through the second day. It was giving me a bit of a headache. The bathtub is enamel and it's very slippery. They provide a rubber mat for the floor and I suggest using it or be prepared to fall.

We lived in this hotel for a month and loved it! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms had everything we needed. The housekeeping staff was so nice and respectful. Breakfast was great! And loved the complimentary events at night (wine, dinner, snacks, etc).

We stayed on night. We had a good experience: clean hotel parking lot, room, and pool area.

Dinner: Pizza place is really good as well; it is walking distance.

Breakfast: The breakfast was very busy but we were able to get freshly cooked food in no time, and it tasted good (they use real eggs so that helps!).

Parking: lot was not nearly as packed as I thought it would be; was relatively close to door and carts were available to help w luggage.

Stopped for the night on our way to Miami. We came in later in the evening and everyone already had all the luggage carts hid in there rooms. This was the only downside of our stop. It was hot and we had a lot of luggage to carry. Room was clean, comfy and updated. Breakfast was good. Good job here guys.

Residence Inns are the best deal going. Great rooms. Lots of space. Full kitchen. Our stay in Melbourne was terrific. Especially liked the reception in the lobby. Staff was great. Not one thing to complain about. Look forward to returning!
