The quality of food, though good, doesn't compare to the ambiance of the Hotel or Restaurant. It needs to be upgraded to be equal to its surroundings.

We had a hamburg, not done as ordered, hummas, grouper, caesar salad, etc, and even asked for the menu from another restaurant as there wasn't much to choose from for lunch.

From start to finish, and our host Cindy was incredible. Had brunch outside; Mediterranean buffet was superb. Not overwhelming big, yet big enough to cure the hunger. I was hoping for a raw seafood bar; I was very content with both service & food. Very Elegant view as well

Our son brought us here today to celebrate out anniversary. Everything was perfect. The maitre d' hotel personally supervised the delivery of each course. Our server, Maximia was personable, friendly and extremely efficient. Her assistants were just as wonderful
The food was equally impressive. I enjoyed the pasta with spring vegetables and grilled shrimp in cream sauce. Husband chose the shaved prime rib sandwich with a side Caesar salad. My son had the snapper with chermoula sauce. Each dish was cooked to perfection and exquisitely presented.
For dessert, there is a wide selection of delicacies, ranging from traditional New York style cheese cake to pot du creme' and orange lemon gratin. The chef also prepared a personalized key lime pie to celebrate our anniversary
The coffee was rich and very fresh. My son enjoyed the cappuccino, which was served with two sugar cubes. The attention to detail was consistent throughout the entire meal.
You can't beat the view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful pool area of the resort. The Eau has friendly, efficient and complimentary valet service.
Although pricey, we definitely felt that the cuisine and the service made the perfect package. This was a case of receiving everything we paid for. We will definitely return.

We had a full 3 course meal here. Selection was pretty good; my husband and I both found a few items to experience. The food is very well presented here. The fish and steak we had were perfectly prepared and the deserts decadent. Service was also very well executed. We chose to sit on the patio which gave us a nice back drop of the ocean and the music of the band coming from inside the hotel. There was a fire pit next to the patio which gave off a nice ambient glow. Though it was Halloween, there were only a few children around that evening. Nice to see some kids running around in costumes.

The Eau Hotel makes an extra effort in all ways. This incredibly stylish breakfast spot off the lobby by the pool, is well executed. The food is quite upscale.
