Ordered a pizza to carry out 50 minutes before pick up time. I get to the store and the tell me it will be 20 minutes after the requested delivery time. “We can’t rush the oven”. So I asked what about a refund? Told that it would be 7 to 10 days and would come from corporate. So, I am held hostage. They said the are working on their technology, and there was nothing they could do. Well duh. No excuse for this kind of shabby customer service.
