A list of what is expected of the guest on checkout is needed, e.g. Is guest expected to change sheets and if so, whose responsibility is it to wash them, or does cleaning company change all beds prior to new guest's arrival.
How does a guest inform manager of need for new items,or cleaning of some items, I.e. A number of cooking pots were left in an unsatisfactory manner upon my arrival.
