We reserved a table in the morning. When we got there, we had non wait time and got a nice table with a good view onto the aquarium with the sharks. The waitress was very obliging, helpful and quick. We had mussels as a starter, seafood pasta, Ahi Tuna, grilled Salmon and Swordfish. The dishes were fresh, perfectly cooked and tasted excellent.

While rather on the pricey side, it was absolutely worth it.

Not the typical theme-park food experience here!
Delicious seafood, attentive service, and breathtaking views while enjoying the cool and comfortable ambiance in the restaurant.
No rushing you in and out--definitely worth the extra pennies for this experience.

We went for lunch at the underwater grill, it was nice..... The food was nothing special.

You are paying for the experience, which was fab!
But very over priced for what little food we had.

We loved this restaurant! We had swordfish, which was amazing!! It cost us about $30 a piece. It is nice and cool inside and the aquariums were a lot of fun to watch!

As SeaWorld annual passholders, we have been excited to try Sharks for a very long time and decided to stop in on Sunday. While it *was* extremely busy in the park, the restaurant was rather quiet. There were many empty tables, especially along the row of booths we were seated at on the upper-level back wall.

SERVICE - Part One:

We were immediately seated at our 4:30 PM time by the friendly hostess. My menu had a slash of red crayon across the top portion. Probably time to retire that copy.

Our server came by a few minutes later to say he'd be back in a moment.  Unfortunately, 15 minutes later was more like it. He then took our drink orders but never even suggested an appetizer (you know, as most servers do) nor, incidentally, did he suggest getting dessert at the end of the meal (which were *were* considering at the start of the meal, but then lost the desire after the level of service).
After another 15 minutes, we got our complimentary bread (which seemed rather doughy and unbaked in parts - is it supposed to be like that?). I had to wipe someone else's previous crumbs from the small plates we were to eat off of.
Another 15 minutes went by and we received our entrees. (45-50 minutes after initially sitting down, and it was *not* busy inside at that time)

Our meals - THANKFULLY - were very tasty.

We ordered the $34.00 8 oz. filet which was cooked perfect to a medium rare. It was accompanied by loaded mashed potatoes (which were good but could have a had a bit more structure to them; they were kind of like the consistency of soupy grits) and seasonal vegetables (cooked nicely).

We also got the Chef's Cut was a $36.00 NY Strip - again, cooked perfect. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and the standard season veg.
SERVICE - Part Two:

As we finished up, our waiter walked past us a few times even though he saw empty plates. I had to actually call out to him at one point as he was walking by to request a "to-go" box (which took another 5 minutes). Then, more extended waiting to get the check, get him to pick up the CC, and then come back with the folio.

The dark lighting inside was very nice and relaxing on a hot day, and the view of the sharks and other fish was wonderful – even from the highest point along the back wall in the restaurant.
However, the booths, tables, and chairs could use a good refurbishment. They just looked stale and drab. It's listed in the description on the website as "upscale." That, it is not.
I don't mind extending a lovely dinner if the food, ambiance, quality, and attentiveness of the server is excellent.

However, the best word I could describe this experience would be SLUGGISH, with a lack of attention-to-detail.
For a meal that approached $120+ (food + two mixed drinks, an iced tea, and tip), it just didn't seem worth it as a whole.
Thank goodness the food was good, but the experience itself was just BLAH.

Probably won't return.
