We used a Groupon to go here. First, a lot of reviews here talk about how great the service was. We did not find that. The gentleman who checked us in was very abrupt, explained nothing, and told us we had to pay $3 “tax” on our Groupon, which I had not experienced before.
We had two teenage girls and they really enjoyed the karts, which were a very good value. It was spring break, so it was busy but did not feel crowded. The karts and track are in good shape. The rest of the facility is not as good. The bleacher style seating by the track is notably sagging and there were plastic wrappers from their gator food floating in the gator habitat.
The alligators were more active than I have seen at similar places where you can feed them. They also had a reasonable amount of space, which was good to see.
It’s not perfect, but I would definitely return because the teens had a good time and it was a good value
