great house with lovely rooms and fixtures. what a great pool and hot tub as well. we stayed 3 weeks and think we went in every day at least twice! also so well situated we did the disney and even went saw rocket launch. lets not forget medieval times dinner show right close. all in all great place to be, lovely neighbourhood really quiet even with us192 being so close.thanks

cannot recommend this villa highly enough, spacious,clean lovely pool and close to Walmart for the essentials would definitely return whenever we are in Florida

This house was more than perfect for our week long stay. Spacious and well stocked with towels, dishes, and extra linens. The game room even had a TV so the boys could watch sports while shooting pool, air hockey, or foosball. The first night we noticed the pool lights did not come on. I called maintenance the following day and the lights were fixed by that night, excellent customer service. I was overwhelmed to discover that this villa was within 5 mins of Walmart and other grocery and fast food stores. It took us 25-30 to get to Universal, depending on traffic. I highly recommend this villa.
