I like the area at the sea side. The area serves to different preferences of visitors. If you are interested in water sports, relaxation/swimming/sun bathing, having something to eat and drink, shopping, you must visit here. I do like the combination of marine environment and sea birds. E.g. you can feed Pelicans and Tarpons at the same time.

This is definitely a must stop when in the keys. You don't have to eat here, but they do have average bar food if you wish to. The experience is what it's all about. The tarpon are amazing. They are everywhere and they are huge. It was so much fun feeding fish to them... they literally jump out of the water trying to eat them. I believe it's 2 or 3 dollars to walk on the dock to see the tarpon and another few dollars to get a bucket of fish. Robbies also has some outdoor shops with all kinds of things Keys related. We had a great time here and will come back next time in the keys.

If you get there afternoon the Tarpon are already fed and all you end up feeding are pelicans.. which is OK if you like playing around with Pelican’s but they do bite a bit... good place to shop for little items.

Stopped for lunch with a group. Special is beer battered grouper. One person sent hers back. Still cold on inside. Think the stuff is prefrozen wouldn’t recommend it. Fries were cold.

Robbie’s is such a great place. My husband and I love to rent kayaks here, feed the tarpon and then eat at the hungry tarpon! It is a great place to rent kayaks. You can rent either tandem or singles and are provided with a map detailing the different routes you can take. Kayaking in the mangroves is awesome. Beautiful scenery and fun!
