We stayed at City Cay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The condo is on the second floor of a building in the Shipyard Annex of Truman's Annex complex. We had wanted to stay in this area for quite awhile and this was the best time to try it. We LOVED it. The condo was towards the end of Southard Street, away from the bustle and noise yet still close to Duval and the water. It had its own entrance leading to a stairway that opened into the condo. Decorated in tones of sage and grey with pops of ocean blue color in the artwork it was a soothing and comfortable place to ease into the day and then relax after a day out touring Key West. The small kitchen has stainless steel appliances and long breakfast bar. The lounge had a futon and large screen TV. The deck off of the lounge was quite large with table and chairs and overlooked a common area for the complex. The bedroom had a huge TV and a very comfortable king sized bed. The bathroom was newly tiled with a tub/shower combination. While there were people staying in the condo below, we rarely heard them and never heard any noise from the condos on either side. The condo was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and very, very comfortable. We will stay here again when traveling to Key West!
