The distillery man explained all about kegs, processing, bottling etc. He showed rum being rocked in a clear vat. Outside the area were several choices of rum to sample. They also had the most wonderful bread soaked in rum. We purchased banana nut, & pina colada.

We also tried the rum down the street where they charged for tours. This was nicer and no charge.

History was very good about rum on the island. Richard quite knowledgeable and explained process in great detail, but this rum was not my taste. See sampled 4 and coconut was favorite.

We had a groupon for the tour and tasting, worth every sent, good rum, good entertainment from the rum tender and a nice sovereign.
We visited the other distillery but this was my favorite

We visited the distillery as it was a recommendation on trip advisor. All the staff were really helpful when we arrived. We arranged to go on the 3pm distillery tour. Alex was our guide and he was excellent. Talked us through the history and the process of making rum. Alex was very knowledgable, informative and knew every answer to the questions. We were able to try some pure rum after it had been distilled. After the tour we were able to taste two of their rums which were made on site. This place is 100% worth the visit.

Excellent tour by Alex. Very informative and knowledgable with some humour. Didn’t realise rum was made from sugar and learnt a lot. Thank you will recommend to family and friends. Mr and Mrs Robson, England
