I found this to be an excellent eco tour. Captain Tony took on a trip through the mangroves, dolphin research centre, and more. We saw a mother manatee and her two calves. Very informative. Recommended!

We took the eco-tour. Captain Dave was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We learned a ton about the keys' history, coral fossils, mangroves, birds, and manatees. He went out of his way to find us some manatees. It was relaxing, inspiring, informative, and fun. We would definitely recommend this trip to anyone.

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Captain Dave. The four of us are experienced Lake Erie boaters. We were very pleased to be able to be on the water in Florida. Plus we learned a great deal about the value of the red mangroves especially during hurricane Irma. We were fortunate to see some manatees and watched the dolphins with their trainers. All in all a pleasant way to spend a couple hours in Key Largo.

My friend, my niece, my miniature dachshund and I took this eco-tour with Captain Tony yesterday afternoon. The tour takes you through mangrove tunnels, a canal in which manatees lounge, through a channel cut through coral to create a passage to the Atlantic, and past a dolphin rescue/research center. The tour is enjoyable and informative. We were very fortunate that two manatees were enjoying some fresh water coming out of a hose from someone's house, so we got to see them up close! It's a must-do when you are in the Florida Keys.

We had Cap't Tony as our guide. What a great 2 hours we spent on the water. His information was quite thorough about the mangroves, animal life, and area history. His stories were helpful in understanding the impacts of weather and people on the area ecology. And it was fun! Cap't Tony made allowances for the non-English speaking passengers in a very respectful way. We were impressed that he and Capt' Sterling separated in to 2 trips so that the tour was far more personal - there were only 5 of us on our boat. The cost was reasonable; we would recommend the trip. Easy to find with several time options through the day. Go if you have the chance!
