We stopped here on a whim on a very chilly March evening. Lots of people were waiting to get inside but we were offered immediate seating if we sat on the half enclosed patio area. We accepted after being advised we'd get a heater. A young man promptly came over to our table with a heater but with a partial enclosure, the patio really wasn't bad at all. We had drinks, shared an appetizer, entrees and desserts. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, had a friendly and most efficient waitress Heather, and even chatted with some people at a table nearby. Shrimp, scallops and clam strips were delicious and perfectly prepared. We enjoyed the meal and the evening very much. And when we left, people were still waiting to get inside where it looked to be crowded, tight, and noisy. I'd recommend the patio!

We have been here three times this season and always been satisfied. The only point we hate is the lax state non-smoking laws. Smoking is ok on the verandah at the table beside you. So non smokers have to suffer inside the place. Too bad Fla smoking laws are so antiquated.
Food was great. In our group.. lobster(4) lobster roll, chicago oysters(3), grouper, gumbo plus wine. Not a complaint from anyone.

A fun, funky place all decorated inside with dollar bills and colored lights. A busy family style restaurant. Lots of parking and great service.

PJ’s has been a long-standing beach restaurant known for good food, but I think they’re better since they’ve added the freshly baked chips and sauce for an appetizer. Their fish spread is outstanding also. With a friendly staff and good service, it’s a great beach restaurant for both locals and tourists alike. Don’t forget to try the Chicago grouper! It’s fresh and delicious!

Told wait would be 30 mins, we waited a bit over an hour.. Place is lively, wait staff was friendly, food was good but not really anything special...My husband had a huge lobster tail, he said it was cooked correctly and was good, I had a special that night of shrimp and scallops over fried rice, tasty...Overall I would go back but would time it better not to wait so long..it's good but the menu is similar to other restaurants in the area..
