This is an interesting diner. Nothing fancy. You will love the animals on the wall. The food is good. Don’t miss the fried green tomatoes and pickles. They do have gator. There is a nice group of animals to see from donkey to pigs. Take a ride in the country and visit. The prime rib dinners are the best.

You almost have to go to this place just to check out the menu. It’s really cool inside to because it’s almost like going back in to time, in a good way. I’ve always had really good service and enjoy the food. It’s the opposite of a chain restaurant which is so great. Support this restaurant and keep it going, we need more places like this.

Like steeping back into a simpler time. Great offerings of uncommon game meats. Great daily specials and the farm animals are a great side trip for little ones.

This Restaurant is hidden in the country south of Groveland. From Clermont head west to Groveland then take the SR33 south and the restaurant is on the corner of Redwind Road. Very much a country setting, very quaint with several small dining rooms all which appear to be in need of modernization and TLC. Although if it was modernized it would probably lose most of it's appeal, the old wood paneled walls adding to it's character. The food is good and plentiful with a menu that offers road kill. The waitress was friendly but conspicuous with her absence.
This is not fine dining, beers were ordered and the bottles arrived - glasses not offered.
An experience worth trying.

A group of 12 from our park had lunch and all seemed to enjoy the outing. We had a room of our own, the service was good, and the food was hot. Most in the group had never dined there before. Most of them gave it a thumbs up. Those of us that had not been there for a couple of years noted some changes. The menu is more extensive. The hamburger buns had changed and many prefer the older. Some thought the burgers were not as good, but still great. I and most would return.
