Mattress was great, floors were a little dirty, breakfast was a little high priced! Pool was great, and overall was a great stay! Everyone was helpful and friendly, plenty of towels and blankets! Very pleasant experience

Chose this hotel as a Hilton Honors member visiting family a few miles from the Hilton Garden Inn. Hotel staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet even though it was by the elevator. Will stay here again!

We were ecstatically pleased with our short stay and especially pleased with Gayle's efforts to accommodate two weary travelers who had not had much sleep! She had informed us that check in was 3 pm. but promised to do all she could to secure our room as early as possible. During our conference break, we were surprised to find keys to our room waiting for us giving us a comfortable place to rest. The room was well equipped, beds extremely comfortable, and close to the conference room. Thanks for your outstanding service and a great stay!

Property was nice, rooms clean, staff not so nice. Did not receive my Hilton Honors welcome or water,etc and at check-out they had a very unpleasant lady by the name of Gayle that really could use some Hilton customer service training.

I have stayed at many across the country and this one does not live up to the usual standards. Staff was great, but the hotel is showing its age. Loud A/C units. Not a quiet room overall. Breakfast was okay. Pricey. Dinner menu pricing made me think I was staying in NYC.
