At check in I waited in an imaginary line for service. Two employees were there. One left and the other continued her work without asking if I needed help. After a few minutes I asked if anyone was working and she said she didn’t know if I needed help. She never asked she just ignored me. Front desk must greet guests!!

We stayed one night before a cruise which was a big mistake. For starters they had lost our reservation. The airport shuttle is free but to the cruise terminal is $8 each and they are the same distance. They have you sit 4 to each 3 person bench in the van to pack more folks in. Parking for your vehicle while on a cruise is $10 per night next to a busy street and unsecured. Now we know that secured parking is available beside the cruise terminal for $5.99 per night. It was very noisy as others have mentioned. For the price we paid we could have been near the beach and much closer to the cruise terminal. The restaurant was almost always closed and when we finally got in, it had the appearance of being a front for some type of illegal activity. You could get breakfast in there for a charge. On the plus side the main desk clerk was patient and friendly.

Room Tip: For a good room try another hotel

This was a nice hotel--very friendly staff, nice rooms--beds were good--everything was very acceptable. You will hear the train as it goes by several times during the day and night but that has never bothered me. We would definitely stay here again. You can catch a ride to the cruise ports for a $8/per person fee which we didn't use.

Dirty, insecure, noisy..
Just near the railway..
So dirty you can't walk bare foot in the room. Some smears of "body fluid" on the sheets
Drunk guys shouting and knocking the door in the middle of the night
You have to pay a "deposit" of 100$. It takes me one week of threats for getting back my money..
Awful, awful
