If you like seafood and steaks I recommended. Had a great fillet and a beautiful lobster tail. Started off with for jumbo Stone crab claws they were to die for. As for Ryan he runs the joint super VIP service

It was my partner’s 68th birthday and he had a hankering for lobster. So we stumbled onto the Lobster Bar Sea Grille. The restaurant is stunningly beautiful featuring giant open seating areas, an intimate bar and seated bar area, and outside dining area, and gigantic crystal faceted lights reminiscent of Art Deco Noveau lighthouse lights. All of the beauty is enhanced by the diners (women and men) who are visually stunning and beautifully dressed in the latest couture. I can’t recall seeing so many Jimmy Choo and Christian Laboutin shoes in one place. Not having reservations were no problem, the General Manager, George Mollas, showed us to the intimate bar and we were served by Ogi a perfect gin martini “straight up and not shaken” and scrumptious Cosmopolitan. For a bar snack my partner ordered the wild mushroom and Gruyere tartlette. Really served on delicious warm flatbread, the mushrooms and Gruyere were perfectly finished with some fresh oregano. Delish!
Next we ordered the New Caesar salad. I love fresh anchovies and they were sweet and delicious. The salads come with an optional poached egg (get it) and the Caesar dressing was bliss. My partner ordered a three pound lobster, simply steamed and served with personal heated drawn butter and fresh lemons. The lobster was perfectly cooked and did not suffer over cooking nor shrinkage of the lobster meat. The claw meat was soft and succulent. My partner was in lobster heaven! I ordered the petit filet mignon with peppercorns (au poivre) and brandy cream sauce. Served rare it was absolutely tender, and perfection. We shared a bottle of Tattinger and had to skip the dessert. However, now knowing it was my partner’s birthday, the restaurant surprised us with ice cream and chocolate bon bons.
All of this creativity is thanks to the heartfelt dreams of the founder and Executive Chef, Pano Karatossos, who dreamed large of architecture and its intersection with good food and people. His creative brilliance was awarded with architectural degrees and the highest culinary accolades.
The restaurant is expensive but worth every penny. Enjoy!

This was my second visit and I was not disappointed! The delicious food and great service makes it my favorite reason to visit Fort Lauderdale. Made my reservations from California and was greeted with welcoming professional hostesses, friendly server "Milan" and knowledgeable sommelier. A must try if you're in Fort Lauderdale.

The lunch at Lobster has a great value. There $25 menu with 3 steps was very googd. We had Octopus and Crab for entree and Lobster Roll and Crab Cake for the main course, with Sorbee and Profiteroles for dessert. The wine menu was also very good. It´s a great option for lunch in Las Olas!
