Currently living in an ethnic wasteland this foodie skips American menus when on the road. We just had a great lunch and didn't need more food but when we spotted the Hola Cuban Cafe I couldn't resist having fresh churros and Cuban (espresso) coffee on their cute terrace. Several other tables had customers chowing down on their signature Cuban sandwiches which we'll get the next time we're in this charming seaside town. The staff and owner were wonderful ,friendly, fast service and we bought a pound of the coffee to take home. Food stuff is my favorite souvenir. Amelia Island is a great halfway stop from SC to Orlando as well as a destination in its own right. The cafe is easily accessible and if you had trouble getting in through the front door it's no problem to come in through the terrace. A motorized wheelchair could be easily accommodated on the patio.
