Yes, definitely BAO! If you are looking for something new, try a Bao. Taco-like, but soft & fluffy, with a taste of its own. I'm a chicken person and really enjoyed the Chicken Bao. We also enjoyed the pot stickers, chicken wings & octapus.
Interesting menu. Can't Wait to go back to try other items. Dessert was a Mochi. Small ice cream surrounded by a rice pasty shell. Light & perfect ending to a meal.
It's a little out of the way, but easy walk from Centre Street. Parking is available on street around the restaurant.
You order from a chalkboard as you enter. This is a little different, but works well. I think it is a good idea to go to website and have in mind what you might like to try. That will make the ordering process run smoothly.
They offer beer, wine and specialty sangria. The staff is very helpful & the restaurant is light and cheerful. The owner came to our table and was very informative about the food. They will be celebrating their one-year anniversary in December, and I'm sure this will be the first of many.
If you want a burger & fries, go to McDonalds, but if you are craving a new taste experience....Don't miss out on Wicked Bao.
