Silverware and utensuls in kitchen were old,, missing or inadequate. Not what i expected when renting a condo and not on par with other units. Unit also has old, somewhat unhygjenic looking carpet and bed covers. I know its hard to keep them fresh so close to the beach butstill. Thermostat was not working properly: either blows cold air non-stop or no air at all. Again, i didnt expect too much from being on the beach but common... in the same building we've had better 4 years in a row. I've rented 4 units on this building, this was the worst. Not terrible but he unit was clearly "just an exhausted rental unit" and not worth the price of admission. I will not book this unit again.

The dryer is old and would not let you set it to dry for anything more than like 5-10 minutes so you were constantly having to go restart it. It would take 1/2 day to dry a load of clothes. Very disappointing. The upstairs loft was also another disappointment. Two of my boys were going to sleep there. Turns out there were no air vents - no circulation whatsoever. There were two fans that were in the room; however, there was only one electrical socket on a wall out of the way that a tv/dvd player were in. In order to use the fans, we had to go purchase extension cords so they would reach over by the beds. The boys ended up sleeping on the couch because even with the fans, it was just too hot. It did have a nice balcony. After talking to others on the beach, we could have stayed in a much nicer condo with 3 bedrooms (walking distance from where we were) for $700 more which would have been well worth it for my family to be more comfortable.
