A delightful exprience, with the explanation of each of the 6 courses, their composition and the same for the accompanying wines. Far from cheap but worth every cent

We were part of a culinary society who came from a special dining experience. The chef presented some of his favorites as well as a number of surprises. The canapés, the amuse bouche, the deserts all wonderful. Service was courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

there are lots of places to get really good food. there are few which raise dining to an art form. i don't think this is what everyone wants when they eat out but if you do this is dining at the highest level. their 6 course tasting meal, while pricey is remarkable. with my wife, ordering different dishes we sampled 12 different plates + the amuse bouche and extra included desserts. they ranged from truly excellent to absolutely astounding. i think this dining experience is worth every penny. do not go if you want meat and potatoes.

Old-world charm and sophistication abounds with warm wood columns, mirrors, chandeliers, and softly painted ceilings throughout the dining area. My server, Abdel, was extraordinarily polished and professional. My adventure started with amuse-bouche - octopus. I've never been a fan of octopus, but Chef Gregory Pugin has made me a believer!
Each of my four pre-fix ($65) courses were brought to my table and revealed with enthusiasm and flair. King crab with fennel puree; Roasted Quail with truffles; Branzino; Cheese Plate with accompaniments; and a dessert tray to die for. The French are lovers of bread and as such, all four course were complimented with a different type of artisanal bread.
Be prepared to pay a hefty bill at the end of the meal.

The food is exquisite.

The ambiance next to the pool is sophisticated and classy.

The food and the wine pairing is amazing. My venison course with tobacco leaves was memorable. It was delicious. Escargot was outstanding! The petit four course was whimsical and fun.

The food was amazing. Service lacked a bit, the timing and the flow was off. Wine came well before the course, or well after. Amuse bouche was almost forgotten (we had to ask). Bread was dropped when served. Long lags between courses. Check had to be rerung. Lots of small errors and timing was off.

Service however was friendly.

I wish the service matched the food and the ambiance.

Thank James S
