This place was great and cheap... the pool and Jacuzzi were always warm, it may not have a lot of amenities but other than that great place to stay.....

I brought this matter to the owner prior to writing review and have received no response other than he would forward it to the management company and wait for a response. It's been almost 30 days and its unacceptable as was this rental home. Upon walking in the door a foul odor hits you like wall and it was this way the entire 2 weeks of the stay. The smell was throughout the home, most likely mold, mildew or something rotting. There were more foul odors in the refrigerator area if not in the unit directly. There were visible signs of roof leakage. 2 bath showers had wet toilet paper stuck in drains made for a dirty feel throughout. Only jetted bathtub did not work. The pool had toilet paper floating throughout it, a considerable amount of debris, such as bugs leaves, dirt. The hot tub worked for the first day or two then never again. The pool consistently had large amount of visible algae even though it was professionally cleaned twice during the stay. Contacted the management company with no return call for the entire stay or ever for that matter. The décor is dated, the TV's are sub par most older tube TVs. No ice maker, just a huge inconvenience. The shortcomings of this home just amplified the things that are more usual like uncomfortable mattresses, no toilet paper anywhere in the unit, clogged sink drains, kitchen faucet dripping, etc. Have stayed in this same neighborhood many times and this by far was the worse experience.

All the requirements are available for a first class holiday/stay, In addition, not to be found at many other sites at the bottom of the garden is a small family of very friendly Armadillos.!! The villa is close by all the usual facilities and major parks.
