Clean hotel with free breakfast 6-9am daily and bar restaurant for sandwiches. Pet friendly with a $125 pet fee. The king suite has a mini fridge and microwave with a balcony. Be sure to ask if that balcony overlooks the harbor or the pool. The pool view is not that exciting. Valet parking is $25 a day and is very easy considering how crowded the beach area is. The room was clean and service good. We felt that this was an ok property but could have gotten better view and more bang for the buck across the street at the Hyatt (which had rooms facing the beach and cheaper parking. We had tried calling the property 2 days prior to arrival but never could get staff to answer the phone. Check in took 20 minutes although there was only 1 person in line as only 1 staff person doing check ins and answering the phone at 4pm.

Room Tip: Ask for balcony that faces the bay instead of the pool

Thank you for the 4 Star review. We are in a very walkable area and glad that you we able to get out and explore the beach and the marina. As mentioned, we are not beach front but only 1 block away with bay views on the back of the hotel. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you back in the near future. Safe travels.

We stayed at the Springhill Suites for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The location is perfect for going to the beach, restaurants, prier 60, boat harbor and everything else you need. The Surf Style shop/convenience store across the street was perfect for everything we needed and the prices were fair. The hotel room, breakfast area and pool area were spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Our family with teenagers enjoyed our stay. The hotel room, breakfast area, pool area and parking garage were all very nice, clean and safe. The location is perfect being right by the bay and almost across the street from the beach. One nice Surf Style shop/convenience store with most everything you could need stands between, but you can just walk through it to get there. The hot breakfast was great but they stop serving at 9am, which seemed an hour earlier than we'd like. All of the staff and parking attendants were super friendly and accommodating to any requests. Parking is valet only and $25 a day.

Room Tip: Ask for a high ocean view room or bayview

We stayed a week! We had a wonderful experience at the SpringHill Suites. Everyone there, all at the front desk helped with directions, suggestions where to go/eat, accommodating our late check out on the last day. Our room was also cleaned perfectly, and she always came back at the time we asked. Breakfast was always good! Lots of variety, and always kept bringing out more food. Beds & Pillows were comfy. All made our trip very nice. Highly recommend!

We had a room here for 4 days (Monday - Friday) this past week and I have to say that I have not been this disappointed by any hotel in the Marriott brand in years, if not ever! Upon check-in, we settled into room only to find that the bathroom had not been cleaned, there was no clean towels and upon further inspection the bed had not been changed, as we pulled down the covers to notice the sheets were full of hairs - no not ours! This started a series of issues that were met with little or no regard by the hotel staff. They did an average job of cleaning room right after this initial problem. That was basically the only time the room was cleaned in our 4 days! The staff was happy to sell us ice cream, but "did not know" where spoons were kept. There was music playing by the pool 1 out of the 4 days and when we asked the staff why it wasn't playing the other days, they simply stated that they often "forget". I spoke to someone at front desk on the phone on Tuesday and asked for a manager to contact me, but have still heard nothing.
