We stopped by to hear some live music and have dinner. They actually had live music out front in a kind of open bar area and more live music inside!
The place is larger on the inside than you might think looking at the building from the front. We did not really hear the outside group. Looked like a 2 or 3 piece combo with a guitar player featured. The inside group was great though. A 50's du whop group with an outstanding female vocalist and 4 guys all performing to a karaoke rhythm track.
The place had pleasant Mexican themed glitzy decorations, and was a single large room. Reminded me of an airplane hangar, and the acoustics did nothing to offset that impression.
Service was reasonably quick. The food though, was mediocre Tex Mex. If we go back, and we might just to hear that girl sing, we will avoid the Tex Mex and try to just get a burger.
All on all it was a pleasant visit but not a great choice for dining. There is a place in downtown Cape Coral on the main drag with great Mexican food but no entertainment. Go there to eat and come here to have a drink and hear a great group.
