Review of Tasty Cultures

Tasty Cultures
Ranked #26 of 435 Restaurants in Cape Coral
Price range: USD 7 - USD 19
Description: Tasty Culture was born due to our love for natural food and high standards of quality ingredients, both the simple foundation for a healthy diet. Iwona and Robert Palussek, both grew up in Europe have been fortunate to experience many cultures and culinary specialties. After moving to Southwest Florida in 2014 there was not better time and place to finally bring the best of Europe to Cape Coral. Our Motto: European homemade food with a modern twist, prepared in a small fast casual restaurant setting. The emphasis lays on preparation on unprocessed food and regionally harvested produce to create a unique high-end dining experience without the high-end price tag. Hearty but healthy grilled (not fried) dishes such as lamb roasts with brown rice and veggie medley or handmade polish pierogi with…or German Schnitzel Sandwiches with authentic Bavarian potato salad will be served on a daily basis and are the core of the business model.

Nice friendly place with a great menu of polish and German food. The pierogies were very good and pretty close to my polish grandmothers. Desserts were delicious.

We discovered a small but very nice restaurant near by. My husband and I like Polish/German food. The menu is quite extensive and the service is very good. Everything is made from scratch and is very fresh. I would recommend trying it.

Back to the Duke of Germany on Santa Barbara for us. Red cabbage had no taste. Lamb shank was very small and just ok in taste.

The Duck special was YUK! it was supposed to have been 'crispy.' Instead it was smothered in a brown gravy that was anything but tasty. 'Way too fatty. The service was extremely slow. We got our soups BEFORE our wine. HUH??? Would NEVER go back.

This is truly authentic polish food that I grew up with-especially made with the freshest ingredients. We have been here several times & every dish is incredible! Tonight we both had the Lamb Osso Buco-OMG-of the charts with flavor! The hostess Lexi is a real delight & Todd our server from day one is definitely on point with a very engaging attitude! Hopefully you'll get to meet Iwona the owner & really understand that her ❤️ & passion for food is dished out on every single plate! Please don't forget dessert-she makes a homemade jelly roll sponge cake fresh whipped cream & berries-it is the bomb to say the least!
