Great service, really good food, and fun times with friends. Highly recommend, esp. if you're staying at the Hotel DuPont: this restaurant is almost across the street.

Small group of 4 for a business lunch, and a lot to cover in discussion. Tonic proved to be the perfect place. Everyone's lunch was great (the crab cake sandwich was chosen by 3 of the 4) and the service was excellent. Well worth the trip, and very reasonably priced.

We dined at Tonic tonight and had very good service and excellent food. We each had a filet with whipped potatoes and Demi glacé sauce. We also added some grilled asparagus. Our meal was well prepared and delicious! My coworker had the mint chocolate chip gelato and it a nice way to finish a meal!

Perfect place if you are staying nearby, like us at the Hotel DuPont for a wedding. Fun place with inventive menu and many interesting craft beers either on tap on in bottles. Lots of TVs with sports, and the live music started around 7 this Friday night, not 10 like so many places. The owner (seemed like the owner) stopped by to chat and help with beer selections and the service was friendly. We split the oysters w/spinach and the mushroom soup which were both good (not great) and oddly luke warm. But the entrees were much more successful -- my turkey burger (quality fries with that) and her steak salad. I recommend it!

Nagled,

Thank you so much for leaving us with such kind words! I am so pleased to hear that you enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and service. I apologize for the temperature of your appetizers and will be looking into this immediately. Paul (our owner) is the one who popped over to help with the selection of the beer, most of which are brewed locally :) We hope you enjoyed your stay and the wedding! Thank you again for stopping in!

Warmly,

Melissa C.

Dinner for our anniversary, a long wait, my husband liked his meal but my meal the chicken and risotto was so bland and tasteless. Server was very nice and apologized for the long wait (not a theater night) we will not be going back to this restaurant again. Not worth the time and money.
