Ate breakfast here the first morning of a two-night stay. Paid for a la carte (because I don’t have “status” with Hilton and did not want a full buffet). No problem. Our waitress, while friendly and assured my specific order was correct, seemed preoccupied in conversation with the kitchen staff. Because she was busy, no accompaniments such as jelly for toast, ketchup for eggs/hash browns were delivered to our table. Nor did she ask if we wanted it. Coffee/Tea refills were not offered either. And there was a woeful selection of tea—none caffeine-free.
The restaurant was convenient because it is located in the lobby, but I think I’ll venture out next time.
