Despite having stayed here before, the cons now outnumber the positives including paper thin towels, noisy fridge (unplugged), brick like pillows, weak internet, dollhouse soap bars, no tv sleep timer, inoperable alarm radio clock............
need I say more.

Poor check in - we waited half an hour to check in in a dirty lobby that didn't look like the photos.
The air-conditioning was noisy and I didn't get a proper night of sleep. Be warned that there is no room service and the pizza delivery that was recommended took 2 hours to deliver. Overall, Disappointing and expensive.

When we first arrived I was pleasantly surprised upon my entry.. but was short lived from the time we got on the elevator up to our room..Rooms need to be seriously updated. From the carpets to the furniture and the Jacuzzi tubs as well.. outta a nice lay out but if your gonna spend that kind of money on a room it should be well worth it.. the only plus...it's of peak season..I would hate to see the rates during peak season nd couldn't see myself or anyone pleased with that
