Nice small place. Local feel. Good service. Nice to see a Nama sake in 1/2 bottle on the menu for a very reasonable price. Toro was awesome and not expensive. We really loved it.

We are regulars here. Not much for decor, but the food is always delicious and expertly prepared. We love the Nabeyaki Udon when it is cold outside, and you can never go wrong with the sushi and sashimi. Ginza's food is as good or maybe a tiny bit better, but Murasaki is the value choice. This is a family restaurant, and the proprietors are very friendly

By and far Murasaki has the best sushi hands down! It is always fresh and served with a smile. The food on the menu is delicious. They always come up with new and delicious rolls. The owners are friendly and eager to please their customers. The restaurant is small so make a reservation or come early.

I picked up some takeout sushi and it never disappoints. Murasaki has some of the best sushi in the area. Would be great if they offered more of a unique variety though. Even so, what they do offer, always hits the spot!

I met up with a colleague. Neither of us likes raw food, but we like trying new places.

Ample seating and easy to carry on a work conversation. Service may be slow if you arrive too early (but we had time). Good hot green tea, several lunch specials.

I had the bbq eel, another place that serves it very tasty. My colleague had vegetable tempura. Definitely a place to return because of the variety of (cooked) lunch specials.

I would still recommend the place for sushi and sashimi lovers.
