Is it worth the chopper ride? I would say yes. The borsch was almost authentic but very meagerly portioned; the salad expectedly fresh , and the beef roulade very flavorful. I would commend the staff for good service but probably because they knew the owner/pilot of the helicopter we flew in. All in all a pleasant dining experience.

A friend took me for a late lunch in Chateau Hestia, it is just about after Bawai's. A secluded and quite place. They serve pasta and pizza, they also have alcoholic beverages in their menu. This is a must try place

It's rare to find places with character, tastefully built for the senses. Hestia is one of those few unique secret escapes you can hide in that's sure to be unforgettable.

My favorite part of the room is the sauna shower. Great for people who need to unwind and relax. Please check with admin though if your unit is working and if there is enough supply of hot water to not leave you soapy and waterless.

The food is also authentic European cuisine. We've been told some celebrities bring their helicopters there just to enjoy the meal. Buy some bread while you're there too!

One windy weekend, we had time to discover a secret dining place in Tagaytay where I've heard good things about. Chateau Hestia is one best kept secret garden restaurant with wine and deli shop in Tagaytay. Inside the dining place is warm with wooden furnishings and homey appeal. The place is comfy and ambiance is appropriate for some intimate date lunch or dinner and even to a business meeting. The menu is western and priced a little bit on the high range. What I also live about it is that they're selling cheeses as well as European goodies that you can't just find anywhere. They have also room accomodations but we've only tried the restaurant.

Taste, presentation and ambiance are among the best features of this place. You can order Italian, Greek, German and every little bit of Europe from their restaurant.
