Jordan waited on us. She was fabulous!! Very friendly. We had barbecue wings, chowder, and the Friar Tuck burger. Everything was delicious!! We will definitely be back.

This was a lot of fun. a small, noisy basement bar it is staffed by friendly people who seem to enjoy what they’re doing. My wife and I sat at the bar for dinner, it was where we could squeeze in, and got to hear exchanges with other customers. The concern seemed to be making people happy.

It says its food is English/seafood. The truth is for the most part the appetizers are seafood and the entrees are English standards though I did have the lobster roll. my wife had the shepherd’s pie and enjoyed it but was surprised to find mushrooms in it. The entrees run around $16-$18 for a very generous plate. I also had the biscuits and cheese as a side dish and my wife said that would have been a meal for her on its own.

This is not the place for a romantic tet-a-tet. It IS the place for a loud noisy, fun group of friends to get together and enjoy good beer and good food.

They do not take reservations but if you call ahead they can let you know if they can get you in.

We are very familiar with Mystic, CT. We had heard about this recent addition so tried it! Located underneath a building sort of cellar-like. Nice bar and a bunch if tables with well-placed TV's. The menu and the BEER is what it is all about. Beautiful burgers. Great hand cut fries. Several other classic Brit and Irish favorites. Of,course Guinness is on rap, and Biddigton and a,whole bunch of other GREAT BEERS! Do not miss this and bring, along, your appetite. Really nice, wait staff and bartenders!!

Highly recommend the Tuck's Burger and Friar Tuck's Open Face Steak Sandwich! Both were delicious and cooked perfectly. Love being able to watch the English Premier League on Saturday mornings while eating a traditional English breakfast.
