This deli is right around the corner from my office and I go there all the time. The customer service is really great and they always treat you like an old friend. Over time I have got to know most of the people who work there and really appreciate the personal touch they bring. Thanks for always knowing what I want before I even order!

I ate at Max Bibos today and realized I should have made it 5 stars the 1st time around! Service, excellent. Food, excellent. Value, excellent. I like that the owner is right there all the time and a really nice guy. I especially love the veggie chili with cornbread. Slather a little honey in the cornbread and enjoy!

Small Deli in Hartford with 2 levels. Top level is for seating. When walking into this Deli, staff is very friendly and helpful. They are not pushy. Just your standard deli, nothing fantastic about it, but the food was very good, and the service provided was fast. Soups are all homemade and very tasty, but quantity of soup provided is small. Asked for a cup of soup, and the height of the cup was about 2 inches! Metered street parking available. Would come back again.

Whenever I want to schedule a casual business lunch, max Bibo's is always high on the list. Self service from the counter and very basic decor and seating, however the food is above average for lunch. Their soups are homemade and delicious and the sandwiches generous sized and quickly prepared. Plus they have amazing desserts and a fabulous soda selection including birch beer. Last but not least, you are sure to run into friends and colleagues while you enjoy the food.

Max Bibo's looks like it caters to the down town lunch crowd. We were in town for a conference and came upon this place when we went for a walk at lunch. Great soup and sandwich place, very reasonably priced, with a small seating area upstairs. Don't be deterred if there is a bit of a line up- it goes pretty fast. Only about a 10 minute walk from the conference centre.
