We stayed at Founders Point Village in Winter Park. It was amazing views, close to everything if you enjoy having something to do between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. If you are a night owl, then this would not be the place for you as everything closes down at 5 p.m. and so then you have to drive about 10 minutes into town for dinner every night. The condo we had, had some issues in that the washing machine was so loud it probably woke up the entire building. Our condo was quite a walk from the elevators, the dish washer wouldn't close so we had to wash all of the dishes by hand and the microwave didn't work. There was blood in the stairway and because they were washing out trash dumpsters each of the last 3 days we were there (at 7 a.m.) there was a smell that we couldn't get out of our heads. Winter Park itself was great, we enjoyed our time there for sure but would never use the unit 4465 again at this location.
Loved this place only small issue was it's a 4th floor and elevators to far so we used stairs, loved view to the mountains and the resort, very quite place, shopping, restaurants and lifts to the mountain 5 min walk
The apartment is located on the 4 floor, overlooking the winter park village and slopes, 5 min walk to the lift, the balcony is bigger than others, looking forward coming back next year
The balcony is bigger than others, well furnished, it has 1 king bed in master room, 1 queen bed in the 2 bedrooms, and a sleeping sofa in the leaving room, it also has a fold down mattress.
looking forward coming back next year,
Clean condo in a great location. Stocked with everything we needed. Spacious, nice linens, comfortable beds. Look forward to coming back.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Winter Park, largely due to our nice accomodations. The rental was pristine clean with good space for our family of four. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and found it to be well stocked. The lockers downstairs were convenient for our skis and snowboards and the views of the resort and the mountains were fantastic!
