The best Barbeque ever. My sons and I were in Denver for a ski weekend and they had been here before on other visits to Denver and kept raving about this restaurant so I had to try it. Everything was delicious, we got the macaroni and cheese, fries, ribs and brisket and every bite was amazing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to any and all visiting the Denver area and I am definitely coming back the next time I'm in town.

The portion sizes were good for the price. I had the brisket sandwich, baked beans and fries and everything tasted great and was fresh and hot.

We ordered a variety of their smoked meats and sides. Here are our ratings:

Ribs- A little on the dry side, but full of flavor and great with sauce
Turkey- Out of this world! Best turkey we have ever had
Brisket- Parts were moist and tender, other were dry and hard. Must have been the last of it. Great with sauce
Jalapeno Sausage- Amazing flavor and juicy to the end
Mac and Cheese- Kids Loved it, adults not as much
Apple Slaw- Amazing, but wish that we would have had more for the price.
Beans- Savory and Sweet (really good)
Lemonade- Perfect blend of sweet and sour and not over concentrated
Chocolate Chip cookie- A bit on the hard side, but good in milk.

This was a pick up order, but the inside was really nice and inviting. The staff were super busy, so only half of our order looked ready, but the lady there figured out that the other half was just sitting back in the kitchen. Then there was a mistake of the meats versus the sides. So, she made up for it by not charging us for the gallon of lemonade and gave us a couple of cookies for waiting so long. It was well worth the wait!

Worth the drive to find this BBQ in a north suburban strip mall. It’s KC style with two good sauces. No real pit which seems to be the norm nowadays but the smokers are from Missouri. Brisket is tender with your choice of lean or the juicer part with some chewy fat. Sides are good. Choice of beers included fine local brews. And a second location in southern suburb park meadows coming this summer. Another good addition to Denver’s increasing choice of real BBQ places.

We had the pulled pork sandwich and the smoked turkey sandwich, both were excellent. Dill pickle was fresh and crisp and was a great condiment. The fries were average. Would visit again when in the area.
