“Perfect gateway for the family”
Reviewed 7 August 2014 for a stay in July 2014

I normally do not take the time to write reviews, but this is certainly warranted. And I did not check all "Great" and 5 stars just to put something.
This has been the perfect gateway for my family of 4 (2 kids) for several reasons. First of all, Gigi has been an excellent hostess, very organized, with everything ready including instructions and directions. She has a folder in the unit with all the needed information not only for the condo but for everything t do around the area. Even game instructions. Why do I mention that? To show the attention to EVERY details that Gigi put in making sure her guests are comfortable and taken care of. Fresh flowers on the table when we arrived :-)
The condo has all the needed amenities, including Hot tub, and a side patio for evening relaxation around a pit fire (if you want).
And let's not forget location: only 10-12 minutes from Salida, in a little beautiful valley very close to Monarch pass (5 miles).
We will definitely come back.

“Wonderful home away from home - had a great time!”
Reviewed 4 August 2014 for a stay in July 2014

My husband and I chose Ski Town Condos for all of the wonderful amenities, not to mention the price. Thank you Gigi for your warm, friendly personality and for being a helpful hostess with great advice on hiking/biking trails. You really put so much thought and care into your condos each and every day. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. The rustic furnishings are lovely and very comfortable and the special touches like the walking sticks helped me make the 2.5 mile hike to Boss Lake. Loved meeting our neighbors and all of us sharing s'mores and some really great conversations by the fire pit while watching shooting stars every night. I loved talking with you about the history of the renovations and the stories behind the antiques of your wonderful condos. We appreciate you helping make our vacation a memorable one! We'll definitely be back!! Kev & Dawn, Mt. Pleasant, PA

“Another Great Experience At Ski Town Condominiums”
Reviewed 7 July 2014 for a stay in July 2014

Our family of 5 plus a guest enjoyed the 4th of July hiking, fishing, rafting and BBQing at Ski Town Condos. This is the third time we stayed at the property and will continue to come back because exceptional accommodations and perfect location at a great value. The owner, Gigi, arranged the rafting trip and led the hiking/fishing adventure; great host - thanks and see you next year.

“A bit tight for 4 big men, but quaint, quiet and a great value!”
Reviewed 29 January 2014 for a stay in January 2014

Gigi is the best part if this place. Easy to work with and everything is done well and efficiently. She even added an extra day on without hassle.

4 grown men made it a bit tight, and we laughed that the bunk beds in the old closet looked like a morgue, but they were very comfortable.. Even w my snoring brother in law below me!

The one small bathroom also was a bit of a "get in line" situation but we managed fine.

The kitchen was also pretty tiny, so don't invite Emeril or Rachel Ray along.

Cell phones were useless but Gigi let us use the land line freely.

Good location and I recommend the Monarch snow mobile tours next door too.

It was extremely quiet and the hot tub was big and clean.

Coming back from town after visiting the brewery, we could see the beautiful Christmas lights Gigi had strung up, making me feel like I was coming home to my own condo.

Quite inexpensive.

Highly recommend this place, but don't expect tons of room . Its quaint, quiet, friendly and has a retro-homey feel that is rarely found these days.

“Perfect Vacation!”
Reviewed 29 August 2013 for a stay in August 2013

The condo and all its amenities were outstanding. It's obvious the owner thinks of every little thing that will make a customer comfortable and happy. I love the log cabin style building and enjoyed the indoor hot tub, plus the outside patio with fire pit where I enjoyed a glass (or 2) of wine while star gazing. I had a wonderful time hiking the Continental Divide, taking a Morrow boat tour on the Gunnison River, soaking in the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs and walking the river walk of the quaint town of Salida - don't miss the pizza and beer at Amicas Pizza and Microbrew. Can't wait to go again next summer!
