Although I had the eggplant in the picture that was excellent, the meal to have is their Potato Truffle Perigees. My wife order the Perigees & was kind enough to share

We went to The Pullman for dinner. It was a good meal but they have a very limited menu. The dishes are very different from any other restaurant, but the food was very good. The wait staff was very good and helpful explaining the dishes they had on the menu.

My wife and I went for what turned out to be brunch. We were met by a friendly waitress who sat us outside. It was very pleasant and we got there before the rush. The waitress explained several things on the menu, and I have to admit with so much sounding so good and unique we did have a tough time picking. My wife had Korean short rib tacos made with goat meat, absolutely delicious, tasty, spicy, and fresh. The portion was perfect for her with 2 smallish tacos. I had the braised pork sandwich. It was kind of unique as well with kimchi, gojujang, basil aioli, pickled cucumbers. It was tasty and delicious as well, the only ding the homemade roll which was good could have been a little smaller, it overwhelmed the filling. And the thin fries were really good. Would love to go back and try some other items, lots to choose from.

Lots of choices and excellent tastes...be it Goat Tacos, eggplant wrapped risoto, or a burger... all were great! Great place for a beer and sit outside and watch the river and trains.
