We went to Ellyngton's to enjoy a relaxed and elegant breakfast. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere was reminiscent of a turn of the 20th Century hotel and restaurant. Wait staff was very attentive and professional. The food was well prepared. We received a complementary smoothie sample to cleanse our palettes that was excellent. This was the best breakfast we had while visitng Denver.

The room was setup for our special event and it was amazing, the band was playing jazz but you could still hear each other speak. The food was great and the service and setup were conducive to the occasion. The selection of wines and local beers was good.

We chose Ellyngton's for a classic family breakfast. Old school elegance and Great food.
The feel of turn of the century surroundings and super attentive wait staff. We sat and talked for a couple of hours and never felt pressured to leave.
Highly recommended.

Used to be a great albeit expensive place for a business breakfast. They had some creative dishes.
Today it is just lousy -- they can't cook an egg to save their lives -- the waiters shamelessly push extras that most places would comp -- food often arrives cold -- used to go at least once a month now I've scratched it from my list

As part of our lodging we bought a breakfast package. We had 3 breakfasts, all were excellent. Our water, Shawn, for all 3 days was excellent.
