My wife and I stayed here for an evening and took advantage of the Wine, Dine and Unwind package. Our room on the 14th floor was fantastic, with a great view of the mountains to the south. We had a wonderful dinner at Edge, and our waiter, Steve, was fantastic. Great recommendations and well-timed delivery of each course. We enjoyed breakfast in our rooms, and then checked out.
At check out, we confirmed the charges, and had assumed the relevant $200.00 package credits had been applied. They were not. After we returned home, we contacted the hotel to clarify. We did not receive a response the next day and left another voicemail. Two days later, we received an automated message from the hotel with our bill. I wrote an email back to the hotel and asked for assistance in the $200 overcharge, and requested a phone call. Later that day, we received an email from accounting, who rectified only a portion of the overcharge. After scanning our welcome letter, which detailed the package, we finally got our bill sorted. An additional $4.10 was taken off our bill, for comparison, a glass of orange juice is $7.00. If we had received a phone call, as I requested, we likely would not have had the back and forth with accounting.More
