Stayed for a weekend. Check in was smooth and easy - staff is very friendly. Room was nice, we had a loft which gave us plenty of space. Kitchen area would be helpful for an extended stay - everything was clean and in order. Beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was good, fair amount of variety and everything was hot and fresh. Would certainly stay again.

The rooms and offerings are not bad at all. Decent breakfast in the morning, pool, basketball court, comfortable beds (the walls are a little thin however - heard people running around and talking in the next room). The main problem however is the company's poor customer service. This was a stay with my family of 4. We reserved the 2 bedroom loft to accommodate our family of 4 being together in one room rather than splitting up. The room would have been perfect, providing one king bed and two double beds, which was necessary given we had one couple and two individuals. However, when we arrived, the slightly dispassionate receptionist informed us that the loft was unavailable. Instead, she could offer us two separate rooms that were not adjoined, each room with a single bed. She informed us that there was nothing else available and that this was all they could do. To make things worse, we explained that our loft was booked at a discount - and now, not only did they not provide us with what we reserved, they were offering the two rooms to us at the full price of the two individual rooms. I could have easily booked the two rooms on my own at a discount. But she would not honor such a discount. She told us that this was the price of the two rooms. We simply could not argue with her. There were no other rooms available according to her and this was the price of the two rooms. We had no choice but to take what she offered, especially since we just arrived after a long drive from Denver and a flight. The receptionist nonchalantly entered our information, gave us the keys, and that was it. There was no apology for the inconvenience, offer of any discounts, or any offers of at least even the smallest gesture to make up for the inconvenience. I understand that none of that is required. They are not required to offer a discount. They are not required to make any gestures. But in this day and age, for such a company to maintain a reputable and family friendly business, how little would it have cost them to make a small gesture to show their good faith and retain customers? It is mind boggling. Our family was forced to split into pairs and stay in separate rooms during a family vacation. My family will not be returning to this establishment.

While the location of the hotel is close to UCCS, we were highly disappointed by the constant sound of highway traffic, a room that smelled of cigarette smoke, and a clogged bathtub drain. We came off the road after a 15 hour car ride to bring our daughter to college. We were too exhausted to complain at midnight but did check out the next morning and found a different hotel.

This is a great place to stay, very affordable and close to anything you want. The suites are a perfect size and amenities are great. Colorado Springs has many attractions available and many are close by the Sonesta

Loved the loft room. Traveling with grandson and he loved that he had his own space. Beds were comfy and it was great having our own kitchen. Room was clean and service was excellent. Would suggest a better way to get in and out of the pool I have a bad knee and it was very difficult to get out of the pool
