Brett (I believe the name is correct) was wonderful!! We had a lot of questions and he was patient, friendly, and very helpful. My two daughters and I stopped for lunch. A new experience was the ability to request the type of meat for the General Tao’s Chicken. One daughter chose dark meat, while the other chose white. Both dishes were tender, juicy, and very tasty. I chose Mongolian beef and it too was delicious. They used both scallions and regular onions with a dark gravy type broth. I took my leftover’s home and had they warmed up well for lunch the next day as well!
