Recently attended a Leadership Conference. The staff has to be the best folks I have ever encountered in an arena. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.

I saw Neil Diamond here a few years ago (Trip Advisor won't allow me to pick the correct year; they only go back one year). There wasn't a bad seat in the house. The stage was situated in an intimate way. We could see Neil perform in an up-close and personal way. I have seen him in concert many times but never this intimately. It was magical. Accoustics were great. Seating, steps, assistance in and out just fine.

Well, let's face it - many of the most popular artists that can draw the largest crowds are not likely going to be playing smaller venues such as the 1st Bank Center, but if you've never been there, then be on the look-out for an artist or genre that you enjoy and then go check it out! The ticket prices are more reasonable and the food, drink and overall value are better than some of the other venues - e.g., larger and more variety than The Paramount or Boulder Theater, but much smaller and more intimate than the Pepsi Center.

1St Bank Center is a great place to see a concert or sporting event. It's not to large so all of the seats are good and the location is easy to access.

What I dont get, you have a great Facility for events but you dont have free parking and what a freaking nightmare before and after a show. The concert I went to was good, but took me over an hour to find a place to park and when leaving, like a Fire Drill run by the Keystone cops.
