OK...I know West Sacramento doesn't have a lot of sushi options, so that might not be saying much...but the sushi here is VERY good. We take our Japanese students here to eat while they are living with us, and each one has enjoyed it very much. There is always a long wait at dinner time, but if you come at the less popular times, you don't usually have to wait. They have a great "salad" bar (wakame salad, oysters, edamame, sunomono, etc), but be careful filling up on those items, because you'll want to save room for the great sushi. It's made fresh to order and comes out pretty quickly. The staff is very good at checking back with you to see if you're ready for more. Their menu has the lunch menu on one side, and the dinner on the other. For the lunch menu you can only order on the lunch side, but for the dinner menu you can order from both. Lunch is only $13.95 for AYCE (all you can eat), and dinner is $20.95. I have favorites on both sides of the menu, thankfully.
