1. Change the housekeeping personnel. They don’t care about details nor speak English.
2. Renovate the place and get rid of the bad smelling.
3. Stick to your commitments with your clients.
4. Build a good indoor bar.
5. Make your guests your first thing to care about if you want to attract and retain them.

Le Parc Suite Hotel was everything I was looking for in my vacation to LA. The rooms are beautiful, the food is delicious and the rooftop pool is the perfect place to unwind. The hotel has a perfect location- steps away from Melrose and Sunset! Will definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 really enjoyable days. EVERYONE at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. The over-sized room was spotless and we liked having the small kitchen area. The pool and wine receptions were nice, and so were the breakfasts we had every morning. Sitting on our balcony facing the quiet street was pleasant (there's a sign out front that says "quiet please, residential neighborhood.") Having the attached garage was really handy but we felt the $45 daily fee was too high, and we disliked the so-called "amenities fee" which was tacked on - but a lot of hotels are doing this now. Our only concern was that the wall-type air conditioner was at the kitchen end of the long, narrow room and the cooled air didn't make it back to the sleeping section very well. If we turned down the temperature for comfortable sleeping, the living area was really cold.

Room tip: Ask for the top floor - better view and nobody above you.

Our first impression was that the neighbourhood this was in is very nice. It’s more trendy and upmarket. The front of the hotel looks nice albeit a bit dated, but as soon as you walk in, the hotel has a strange old musky smell. Like dampness or just old building smell. The room we booked was nice and spacious which was good, but for the price not sure it was worth it. I think you pay more for the location. The chocolates and snacks in the room are crazy expensive and the shower is very odd layout. The shower is a bath with a shower head. The sliding door is on the shower head side of the bath so it’s hard to get into the shower and not slip or trip. And we’re a young couple! If you don’t want to wash your hair you can’t get in without going through the water first, otherwise you have to stand in the shower and then turn the shower on and wait for it to turn hot. If you hold onto the sliding door for support when you’re getting out it moves so it’s not very secure. Otherwise the bathroom and closet is really nice. The staff are fairly nice too, and location is close to a great place to eat called Norms and some shops.

Sunseeker721, We truly appreciate your comments regarding your experience at Le Parc. There is no better tool for us to use to make improvements than hearing from our guests. While we agree Le Parc is great as it is, we are busy preparing for a face-lift which will make our guest experience even greater. Hope to see you back soon.

A great area for a hotel. Right near bars and restaurants and shopping. But in a quiet residential street. Plenty of room in the suite with great amenities. However, while there is a nice kitchen, you would need to buy everything to use it (no utensils, plates, etc). Very comfortable overall experience. Good value for the money.
