The venue was exceptional. My family was there for a wedding. Food was excellent. Service was par for an event that size

BUT! I’ve actually never complained about a hotel room in my life. And that is exactly what I told the two young ladies st the desk when I checked out.

We only had one problem. The A/C didn’t work. I quickly realized this when we entered the room at 11:00 pm after the wedding. The temperature in the room was at least 85° I tried to turn down the thermostat and it fell off the wall onto the floor. Things break, I get it

So we did what we could and opened the sliding door. I guess I didn’t realize this place is actually 25 feet from the freeway

So here is the real problem. I told the two attendants at the front desk about the issue. I wasn’t expecting a refund, a discount, or even a free cookie. The response from the girls was priceless. They looked at each other, kind of laughed and said oh.

We we’re shocked at how filthy this hotel wise. The floors were so dirty that we could not walk around without our shoes on. The linens in the bathroom we’re not replaced after the previous guests used tthem. When we complained to the manager, she assured us that when we return from our event that our room would be cleaned, the linens would be changed and that our beds would also be redone with fresh linens. Housekeeping once again did not touch our room. This place is such a huge disappointment for the amount of money that is charged for their rooms. Motel 6 would have been cleaner!

Our golf club has been coming here for years to stay and play for 3 days. We rent the 3 bedroom hospitality house on the premises as well as individual guest rooms for our players. Every year the reservations are a mess, they don't have the correct rooms reserved, the rooms are not ready by the 4 pm check-in time. and worst of all the hospitality house is never ready on time. This year the hospitality house had no pots and pans, serving dishes, or dish towels. They brought several old beat up pans with no lids. and a few extra hand towels to use as dish towels.
Our TV didn't work so they said someone would be by in 15 minutes; 30 minutes later we had to call again. When the maintenance guy finally arrived we found out he was the only one on staff.
The rooms are large and modernized but still a little outdated with old bathtubs.
TIP: Ask for the building closest to the restaurant/pro shop so you won't have to carry your clubs for several blocks.

This “resort” is nice looking but charges for everything. The food is average at best. Front desk support is poor to say the least. Long lines, don’t answer the phone, and not knowledgeable about charges. 2% surcharge on everything. Resort charge extra. Coffee $3.59, toast $4.00, average cost for lunch is $15.00. Isolated location so few options if you don’t have transportation. Stay somewhere else and if you want to play golf, drive to the course.

Room was above average, grounds well kept. Personnel very professional and courteous. Easy access to outside restaurants and Pechanga Casino. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity arrises and would recommend to family and friends.
