Good basic hotel, conveniently located
Fridge and microwave in room, hot tub available after skiing, discounts to area ski shop and restaurants
We supplemented provided breakfast with oatmeal cups and were ready to ski each morning
We had little kids making noise over our heads and they moved us with no issue.

Went on a 10 day vacation to Tahoe, Crater Lake, Reno, S Oregon. This was the worse room of our trip. We had a non smoking room but the room smelled like cigarettes and to top it off, there was a cigarette ash tray dispenser right next to the front door.

Location is ok, room is outdated and tired. Bed was clean and fairly comfortable and it did quieten down over night so was ok. Breakfast was awful to be honest. Don't think it was particularly cheap or good value when compared to other motels. I would probably not choose to stay here again.
Stayed here this past week. The beds were clean and the location was great for getting to walking park near water, restaurants and shopping. Parking was free. Minimum for continental breakfast. Met needs but definitely nothing fancy. Tired and outdated. I rated average for a 2 star place.
Rooms are super out dated. If you do not care about the room this is a good choice. Staff was nice and location was great. Bed was comfortable. Good spot to just sleep as long as you are ok with that.
Although the location is great the place is very tired looking. Rooms don’t look as though they have been updated for 30 years. They advertise ‘fast’ internet connection, but it may have been fast in the days of dial up but is totally inadequate these days. Price is not cheap (even though an expensive area) and so I would rate it poor value for money.
