We ended up staying at this hotel due to a road closure and we could not reach our destination. We were a little frazzled to say the least. Hotel staff were excellent finding us accommodation for the night. The room was clean and fresh. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Everything went so well we asked to stay a second night but the following night the hotel was fully booked so we had to move on.

5 of us came in on a hockey trip. The staff is excellent and very friendly.the a.m. breakfast very good..the room we had was not good at all..it was down end of hallway tucked in a corner, although the room was clean the bed was close to the wall ,the was paper and the ceiling were water damaged the window was packed and couldn't close all the way.we listened to outside bus idleing noises all night long.the room our kids had was ok but the outside traffic noise was bad..

I do business in San Francisco quite often and I always try to get a room here. Comfy beds, good rates, and a very convenient location. The free breakfast is one of the best I’ve seen to be included with the price of the room.

We were in vegas for 10 days & needed a change so we decided on San Francisco
At first I only made a reservation for one night
However after my extremely guick, friendly & informative check in by Jason & Bianca I just planned the balance of my stay at this BWP

I have not tried the breakfast yet , or the bar , but they look pretty good
Parking in the night exists you just have to walk 2-3 minutes.
No big deal
All in all I will stay st this property again. And so should you
Not noisy for an airport hotel

Kenyan here, I stayed at the Best Western Grosvenor from 5th March to 12th March 2018..I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, clean rooms, quiet, serene. I realized the hotel is frequented by a much older clientele which is fine. The breakfast was sumptuous to say the least..Quick tip, If you are keen to tour downtown San Francisco, use the hourly hotel shuttles to the International terminals at San Francisco Airport, buy a BART ticket costs 9.50 USD average for one way, 20 USD for round trip...The team at the reception desk were very helpful in terms of suggesting options to do excursions..I was in San Francisco for a working holiday..Hope to sample the pool next time when the weather is favorable..
