We enjoyed our recent stay at the Flamingo...Lately I've been noticing, while traveling, our hotel rooms haven't been very clean....But not here...It was very clean! We had a room looking at the rotating, pink Flamingo! Staff was SUPER! My only complaint is a landscaping crew worker was using the leaf-blower at 9:00 in the morning on a Sunday...Tidy is nice...But.....another time to do this would of been nice...Our room was quiet for sleeping, I turned off the mini-frig....
I would stay here again while overnighting in Santa Rosa....In house restaurant/breakfast was swell too.

Came here for a fun weekend getaway. The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are comfy. Had an issue with the outside door (there are two entrances to each room) not locking even though it appeared to be locked. Promptly notified management and I assume it was taken care of.
Had the continental breakfast in the restaurant (small offerings) but the next day walked across the street to Hank's Creekside cafe. Great little local restaurant with great food but go early. It's popular!

Room Tip: During warmer months, I'd stay near the pool. Such a cool vibe..

We had a great stay and were impressed with the friendliness of the customer service desk (great job Lisa!). The rooms were very clean, and the pool facilities were good. We did not try the restaurant or lounge, but they seemed very lively as well. For the price the hotel was excellent, the only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that they charged for internet access. It wasn't much at $7 per day, but I find it annoying to pay for something that coffee shops offer for free when you are staying at a nice resort. Overall a great experience though!

We booked this hotel looking primarily for location in the Wine Country and affordability. . We were not disappointed in either and were pleasantly surprised by this charming, 1950s style hotel. Decor was very nice, beds very comfortable and the staff was terrific. Even though we were on the 1st floor facing the parking lot it was quiet We did not use any of the spa or gym facilities but the grounds were beautiful and kept well. The food and service at the restaurant were really great. It is in a perfect location to hit any wineries in the Sonoma, Healdsburng, Santa Rosa, Sebastopol region. We will definitely stay there again.

I knew nothing about this place before we got here. The neon sign shooting up into the sky scared me at first (neon signs scream "No tell, Motel" to me), but when I found out the history of this place, it all made sense. Patterned after the original Flamingo in Las Vegas, this place became THE Santa Rosa/Napa area destination to the stars. After a night in a bottom floor room with horribly inconsiderate neighbors, the staff went to lengths to switch us up to an even MORE beautiful room on the top floor in the far wing. The staff here are long term employees which says a lot. The room could not have been more lovely, bed INCREDIBLY comfortable and super clean. Everything about the room top notch - I almost didn't want to leave for daily excursions. The WIFI does cost but the cheapest rates I've ever seen offered by a hotel. Pool is beautiful, and the lounge offers nightly events which attracts lots of locals and allows you to have fun and be within walking distance to your room. Stay here, it's nice!

Room Tip: Top floor always best for the least noise, and they have little decks!!
